How can you tell the difference between a 264 and a 322 Buick nailhead?

The casting numbers didnt help me. All i know is the exhuast ports are round and the block does have a harmonic balance.How can you tell the difference between a 264 and a 322 Buick nailhead?By the numbers. 322 is much higher than 264.
