It could be the battery has been drained, or the gas could be turned to varnish, thus not enough octane to fire. Pull the plugs, fuel filter, replace both. Next, drain and clean the fuel tank, and put in fresh fuel. Finally clean the terminals on the battery, and slow (trickle) charge it.
