Since the electra was only made up to the 90s, i have a hard time finding any information about that specific year and make. Infact, I have a hard time even finding pictures of it.

The '89 Buick Electra isn't a very common car, but not very rare. So many late '80's cars have already gone to the junkyards, so that's why you don't see so many. And it's doubtful that there will ever be much of a collector's interest in the late '80's Buicks. Look for the Buick Club of America, that's where you will find the most info.
