Do i need to replace the control module on a 1995 Buick Regal?

The car will start good in the mornings, but once i turn of the car, if i try to restart i'll just here the ignition going but no engine start up. It feels like if a ran out of gas and pump and pump but no start. After 2 to 3 hours later once it cools down it starts buck up like if nothing happenned. What should i do?Do i need to replace the control module on a 1995 Buick Regal? The problem with pumping the gas pedal is that it turns off the fuel. When you floor the gas while starting it, the computer shuts off the fuel. This is a feature used to purge fuel from the cylinders in case of flooding. On fuel injected cars, don't press the gas when starting.

Intermittent problems are hard to diagnose. But check for the basics first - fuel, air, and spark.Do i need to replace the control module on a 1995 Buick Regal? This could be cause by a number of things, is the check engine light on? It could be a bad tank of gas, fuel pump going out, fuel filter. I would have it checked out before you find yourself left in the cold.Do i need to replace the control module on a 1995 Buick Regal?I'm willing to bet it's your ignition switch. Or it might be a dead tempature switch that controls the coldstart valve.
