How do you repair a door lock on a 1993 Buick LeSabre?

Hey,

I have a 1993 Buck LeSabre and the Door won't lock. I can lock the door on the inside and/or shut the door and use the key to lock the door, and it won't lock. Every now and then I might get lucky, but for the most part, I'm having complications.

I know I'll probably have to take the door panel off and look at something, but not exactly sure what. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.
