How do I turn off my bright lights in a 1993 Buick Century?

I can turn my lights on but they are my brights and not even my manual will tell me how to turn them off... thanks!How do I turn off my bright lights in a 1993 Buick Century?=== in the center ""o"" function of the turnsignal lever -- pull to click the high beams off ... if you just purchased this car from a dealer .. it is not under warranty but it is against the law in some states to sell a used car that does not pass state mandate safety inspection ... take it to the DMV or the Highway Patrool and discuss the fact that it is not right if the switch/lever does not work .... and see if it is your problem to fix or the dealer pays for the repair ..........
