How do i change the instrument panel lights in my 1989 Buick Lesabre Limited?

I know it requires taking the dash out, but i can't seem to find all the screws and/or bolts holding it on.How do i change the instrument panel lights in my 1989 Buick Lesabre Limited?Lower the steering column. There should be screws that hold in the cluster and not have to remove the entire dash. And with the column lowered you may be able to reach up and get to the bulbs.
