Clean out your clogged evaporator outlet. It should be located on the outside of your firewall. It looks like a little rubber elbow. What is happening is that when the tube becomes clogged, the water builds up in the evap case and has no where to go except escape through any mating surface or vent hole in the lower half of the case and thus leak out onto the passenger side.

If you open the hood, look at the firewall section near the passenger side. Look down about halfway and I am sure you will spot it.
