Easiest way to remove waterpump on 91 buick skylark?

I've removed all but one of the bolts on the bottom. I can't seem to get any tool to it and be able to turn it.Easiest way to remove waterpump on 91 buick skylark?Maybe you need to take something else out of the way, or use a universal joint on your ratchet, or something? Hard to say from that description, and the fact that they used so many motors in those cars. Here's a repair guide that might help.
