2002 Buick LeSabre - How to change out cigarette lighter things?

One of them has blown fuses ever since I got the car six months ago and the other one just stopped working. I can't figure out how to get the old ones out so I can go get new ones and put them in. This is vital to my overall life happiness since my cd player and Sirius radio both require those lighter thingies.
