How do I get the rear spaekers out of a 2001 Buick Century Custom?

most newer Gm vehicles mount the speakers under the rear deck cover......... to remove take the back seat out 2 bolts hold it in..... then remove the back of the rear seat 2 bolts to remove..... then lift up on the rear seat back it will unhook and come out ......... the rear deck cover may or maynot have screws(remove as needed) if no screws slide the rear deck forward ( towards you) and remove that should give you access to remove the speakersHow do I get the rear spaekers out of a 2001 Buick Century Custom?If they have the sound deadining covers on them. They should be held on by a plastic screw on the bottom of the speakers. After those are removed there will be a metal hook holding the speaker mount to the rear deck of the car. It should push up and toward the front of the car. Then the speaker will drop down on one side. The other side will have two hooks that simply slide out. Then you will pull up on the clip and pull off the plug.
