I have a 1994 Buick century I change the ingine module and the crank censor it wont start what could it be?

I Replace all this parts including a set of spark plugs wires.and stiil dont start.What could it be?I have a 1994 Buick century I change the ingine module and the crank censor it wont start what could it be?Is it getting spark?

Does it turn over and not start?
