1993 buick roadmaster wagon wont start when it does it dies quickly?

Check air filter is easiest thing to do. Make sure it is not clogged.

Check for a buzzing sound when you turn the key to the on position. You should hear it under the hood or by the gas cap. If you dont check the fuse. If the fuse is good then it could be a number of things. Most likely you'll need to replace the pump if its not working properly.
