have a 96 buick riviera supercharged, it wont start pep boys said it was an engine problem others say its the starter, pep boys here is unreliable. Either way I can't afford to fix it and would rather sell it. Problems: passenger door big dent, need new a/c switch and window switch for driver door. Advantages= 166k, new tires and new fuel pump, all check ups kept regular. radiator, motor, transmission all working good recently checkedHow much should i expect for my buick rivi that wont start.?And what does your mechanic say? That would be the best source of information that could be counted on as accurate, instead of the kid behind the counter at Pep Boys or your friends, no matter how good their intentions are.
Your mechanic could also give you an idea of what your vehicle is worth, and perhaps has the contacts to sell it for you.
Worse case scenario, junk prices are up currently, and the crusher would probably pay over $100 a ton right now.
