Made a mistake why does my buick not start?

it is a 6, the fuel pressure is 38 psi not 8. It is a multi port fuel injection, no spark at the plug. the diagnostic code was 12, 12. I switched the 6 pack with computer and coils so they are good. It seems that there is a break in the starting circuit but I do not know where to look for it, or maybe something else. it's a 2.8 PF1 1988 buick regal.Made a mistake why does my buick not start?Check for open circuit at the starter where the fuse links connect.Made a mistake why does my buick not start?Seems as if your not telling the story that lead up to the no start.
